US presidential candidate Anisa Abd is Fattah is calling for an immediate US troop withdrawal from Afghanistan and an end to the so called war on terrorism. Her call for immediate withdrawal is based upon a series of actions by US military on the ground in Afghanistan, indicating the US Pentagon has either lost interest in the day to day conduct of the so called war in Afghanistan, or the troops are simply no longer under the control of the Pentagon.

“A spate of unfortunate and tragic events that not only cost the lives of innocent civilian Afghan citizens, but also seriously jeopardizes US military personnel, and that violate international law have taken place in Afghanistan” said Abd el Fattah. “The Quran burning incident, the recent massacre of more than 16 Afghan citizens, all killed  while sleeping, mostly woman and children,  is a clear indication that the US Pentagon has lost control of this war and apparently have also lost control of the troops on the ground,” she added.

Abd el Fattah stated, “This war has gone on for too long and with no clear or obtainable mission. This is obviously having a very negative effect on our troops, many who are on their third or fourth deployment to Afghanistan. We are asking our soldiers and Marines to do the impossible and it is time for this to end. There is no victory to be had in Afghanistan, only more misery for the Afghan people, our troops and our country. Add to this that we can no longer afford this misadventure. It is costing us too much money and too much US credibility.”

The Abd el Fattah campaign, which is also being called an American Uprising and a movement, plans to contact the various committees in Congress that have oversight over the Armed Forces and the Pentagon, requesting that an exhaustive investigation of the Qur’an burring incident, the massacre and the seeming attempt to cover up facts related to the massacre be conducted, seeking to determine if in fact the so called war on terrorism is still under US Pentagon control and accomplishing anything. The campaign will also initiate a call in the form of a petition drive, for the US to immediately end the controversial US war on terrorism.

US Presidential Hopeful Condemns Israel’s illegal military assault on the Gaza Strip. Calls upon UN to immediately intervene on behalf of the Palestinian people.

Presidential candidate Anisa Abd el Fattah, in response to Israel’s attack on the Palestinian Gaza Strip that began this morning and ended in the early afternoon leaving more than 15 people dead, condemned Israel. She called upon the UN to intervene on behalf of the Palestinian people.

Anisa stated that “since 1948 the people of Palestine have been subjected to some of the worse injustices imaginable, including the deprivation of human rights. The repeated massacres and the persistent ethnic cleansing, which is in fact genocide, have been ongoing for 54 years. It is time for the illegal occupation of Palestine to end and for Israel to be held accountable for its violations of international law and war crimes “

The Gaza Strip, along with the West Bank, which includes Jerusalem have been subjected to escalating Israeli violence since the failure of a peace  agreement between Palestine and Israel negotiated in the 1990s known as the Oslo Accords. Even the Bush era peace process failed to bring about a negotiated settlement between Israel and Palestine, mostly due to the unfair advantages granted Israel, the illegal occupier by the international community. The UN, EU and US have refused to demand that Israel abide by the terms of its agreements, and according to Abd el Fattah, “have instead armed Israel with sophisticated weaponry, a license to kill and impunity.”

“Decent people of the world have tired of this ongoing injustice and demand that it ends,” said Abd el Fattah. “As President, I will demand that the United Nations, along with the conscientious members of the international community do everything in their power to end this half a century of violence, illegal land confiscation and occupation, thereby bringing peace to the entire region.”  She added, “My administration would seek balance, but most importantly we will demand conformity to international law and treaties and an end to US complicity in the illegality of the occupation and the crimes against humanity associated with it.  In an Abd el Fattah administration, US foreign policy towards the region will be balanced and it will be based upon the law, and not the tribal and religious sentiments of any one group of people.”

When asked what she can do now to help the situation Abd el Fattah replied, “Not very much unfortunately. Yet, I do feel that by taking leadership on this issue, I can perhaps use that position to encourage other conscientious leaders to also take a stand for justice and peace in the world, and to work with me and others to end the occupation and all the war crimes and injustices resulting from it. My campaign will be in contact with UN and others, doing all that we can to get the UN involved and to get a proper and just response from the General Assembly, if not the UNSC.”

THE ANISA REBELLION: AN AMERICAN UPRISING Our Manifesto- (The short version)

This American Uprising is not a revolution.
It is a peaceful, yet determined rebellion!

We are not hoping to overthrow the government of the United States of America, nor do we wish to establish a new form of government. Our goal is to rid our government of the material, philosophical, legal and ideological barriers that are preventing it from functioning properly, including removing people from their positions and prosecuting crimes. By functioning properly, we mean, to function according to the literal and accepted interpretation of the Constitution of the United States of America that is familiar to, and understood and accepted by most American citizens.

Based upon what we believe has been a departure from the true meaning of the US Constitution by our government and it’s adaptation of foreign ideas, objectives, policies and positions, including allowing government appointees, elected officials and employees to make pledges of loyalty to foreign countries and powers. The United States of America, in our opinion, and based upon the following facts, has ceased to act as an independent and sovereign country of, for and by the people. It has failed to serve as a representative government, and has become dysfunctional, politically paralyzed, and overburdened with un-payable debt.  It has declared war on terrorism against the US citizen, which is an act of treason.

We believe that among other things the government’s list of failures are as follow:

The passage of laws by our Congress that brazenly violate the US Constitution and that jeopardize the very foundation of our society as a society of equal citizens enjoying equal inalienable rights, among which are rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

They established an “Imperial” presidency that confers almost monarchial powers upon the President that are not provided by the US Constitution and some that are in fact the duties conferred upon other branches of government by the Constitution, and they have wrongly abdicated their power to the presidency. Most notable in this respect is the War Powers Act which allowed the president to declare war when the Constitution says only the US Congress has the power to declare war.

They have passed laws granting the president of the United States the power to arbitrarily declare citizens enemies of the state without due process, or just cause, and to order their assassination by agents of the government and military.

They have introduced and passed laws that strip citizens of the Constitutional protections of the law, allowing for arbitrary detainment ordered by the president that would deprive citizens of liberty without a legal charge or even a trial, or opportunity to defend against charges and face an accuser. This includes laws that allow secret evidence to enter courts and to be used to charge and convict citizens, while depriving them of the rights to defend against such accusations.

They have engaged in illegal wiretapping and invasion of citizen’s privacy for the sole purpose of intimidation and chilling rights of free speech, rights to organize and assemble, and to voice dissent.

They have sought and acted to create an unconstitutional branch of government called Czars, who have been granted powers by the state without being elected or consent of the people.

They have contracted out US monetary policy and the printing of US currency to a private institution that is not regulated and not under the oversight of the US Congress or the people.

Establishment of an unfair tax law that favors the rich and punishes the middle class and the poor.

Established racist laws that have led to huge numbers of racial minorities being imprisoned with unfairly long sentences, while criminals from the elite go free or get soft sentences.

They have squandered trillions in our tax dollars on illegal and ill-advised wars, waged war under false pretenses and outside any Constitutional guidelines, while allowing torture and the establishment of secret prisons in foreign countries, kidnappings and targeted assassinations of American citizens.

They financially bankrupted the country and attempted to cover it up by stealing from social security and  attempting to deprive citizens access to food stamps and other tax payer funded entitlement programs.

The courts passed laws that deprived citizens of basic rights such as the Patriot Act while also writing decisions that sought to eliminate the constitutionally mandated separation of powers.  They granted person hood to corporations and as an effect, silenced the US citizen, depriving us of the ability to effectively lobby our government.

The formulation of a US foreign policy that counters the interests of the USA and that is being formulated in the interests and to accommodate the strategic agenda of a foreign power.

This list represents only a few of the possibly high crimes and misdemeanors that are ongoing in our government and that has given rise to a peaceful but determined response from the people of this country that we are calling an American Uprising and the Anisa Rebellion.

Our goal is to use our numbers, will and strong resolve to undo these actions and to hold those accountable who have participated in the undermining of the US Constitutions, the arbitrary and unconstitutional restructuring of our administrative branch with the creation of a new branch of government, such as Czars, the attempt to establish a monarchical type presidency, and to assassinate, kidnap and arbitrarily detain and torture US citizens, all while creating and increasing an amount of debt for the country that cannot be paid.

Why Khader Adnan Matters

Anisa Abd El Fattah

It is very disturbing to think about the fact that a human being in Palestine has decided to die from starvation rather than to be subjected any longer to the injustice and indignity that is the continued illegal occupation of Palestine.  Khader Adnan, a Palestinian resistance activist mounted a hunger strike in December 2011 after being arrested at his home in the West Bank and placed under administrative detention in an Israeli jail without charge or trial.  He has been without food or water for more than 64 days and many are saying that he has reached a point where his bodily functions cannot be restored, and so his death is imminent.

When I decided this morning that I wanted to write something about Mr. Adnan, I spent more than a few minutes trying to figure out exactly what I would like to say. There is so much to say about the fact that we, the people of the world, are being forced again to witness yet another act of Israeli sadism.   It is almost daily now that Israel is carrying out a kidnapping, a killing, storming and desecrating Muslim and Christian holy sites, illegally confiscating land, poisoning water wells and destroying Palestinian agriculture, among other crimes. The list of daily atrocities committed by Israel against the Palestinian people keeps getting longer, while the patience of most decent people in the world is getting shorter.   It is as if Israel is saying to the world that not only will it not abide by any law other than its Talmudic law, it will not even recognize the humanity of the approximately 98% of the world’s population who are not Jewish.  I’ll explain more about that later.

Israel’s appeals court decided to review Khader’s case, but it will not be reviewed immediately,  meaning there is a possibility that the review will be meaningless.  The timing of the review is to be counted among Israel’s other acts of cruelty and inhumanness. Nothing prevented Israel from having this review sooner, and nothing prevents Israel from reviewing the case immediately. It seems Israel, as when it boarded a humanitarian aid ship in international waters several years ago, and subsequently killed 9 humanitarian aid activists by blowing out their brains at close range with automatic weapons, gets a kick out of shock and awe killings. Killings that not only turn our stomachs and bring tears to our eyes, but also  remind us in the harshest ways, that Gentile life simply does not matter to the Jewish state.

Israel’s killing of Khader Adnan by hunger strike is proof that not only does Israel refuse to recognize the humanity of non-Jews; as far as they are concerned the life of the Palestinian Gentile Khader Adnan simply does not matter.  After all, Khader Adnan is only one of perhaps millions of Palestinians who have, since 1948 been subjected to numerous massacres and daily humiliation carried out by Israel. Israel kills with impunity, while the US, EU and the UN do nothing but call for Palestinian restraint.   For this reason, I will write about Khader Adnan as a Palestinian and as a human being, and why his life matters.

Perhaps very few people in today’s world would say that a person born under Israeli occupation and who has lived as a captive all of their lives could have much value.  Khader Adnan didn’t attend or graduate from Yale or Harvard. His parents are not fake Jewish royalty. He is a Palestinian, an Arab and a Muslim, three of the most loathed and feared characteristics that can be attributed to anyone. It could only be worse for him if he were Black or Brown.

He is poor and to seal his fate and further torment his destiny, he is also a leader in the Palestinian resistance. This alone is a cause for death in the eyes of most Israelis. As far as Israel is concerned, anyone who dare resist Israel’s domination and control is automatically doomed. And if that resistance involves arms, or a willingness to take up arms against Israel, in the eyes of Israel and its supporters, you are also a terrorist, which means in today’s world, that you not only lack any human value, you have no rights, not even a right to life.

Israel’s repulsion to terrorism does not include Jewish terrorism. I could fill several pages with a list of acts of Jewish terrorism carried out against gentiles; the most recent perhaps is the death of the African American singer Whitney Houston who many believe was killed by Zionist Jewish operatives here in the US. They believe her possible murder was an act of revenge for her refusing to shake the hand of then Israeli PM Ariel Sharon, whose publicly extended hand was publicly rejected by Houston, who backed away.  I mention this only to deny those who will mistakenly attribute Israel’s pretend aversion to terrorism to morality. Israel’s so called war on terrorism has nothing to do with morality and everything to do with Jewish supremacism.  Their Talmud says that if a goyim or gentile kills a Jew, he or she must die, but if a Jew kills a gentile, or goyim no harm is done.

By allowing Khader Adnan to die from starvation, Israel is sending the Palestinian people and in fact the entire non Jewish world the message that if we dare to resist their over lordship, we must die. They are teaching us that even if we kill ourselves, whether through starvation or suicide bombings that in fact they did kill us, because they left no other options. It goes without saying of course, that Israel prefers hunger strikers and peaceful protesters to suicide bombers, since the suicide bombers used to also kill Jews which reminds us that in both birth and death, the human being is indistinguishable.  None of us are hatched from eggs, immaculate conceptions, or descended from the heavens.  We also all die, and are killed by the same types of misfortunes.

Khader Adnan matters because he is a human being, created by God. He was created with a soul that had a destiny attached to it. We don’t yet know the destiny of the soul called Khader Adnan except we know it was born to resist.  Khader Adnan was born to resist injustice and humiliation and to fight oppression. He was born to sacrifice his life for the sake of others.  Khader Adnan was described by the prophet Muhammad (sa) and prophet Issa (sa) as a stranger to this world.  Khader Adnan is a man who refused to sell eternity for a temporary life of ease. Khader Adnan is a man who stored his treasures where his heart is. Khader Adnan is what Imam Khomeni described as a beautiful madman. Khader Adnan is a man who sacrificed his life in a most painful and selfless way, on behalf of every human soul that is struggling for its freedom, dignity and justice. Khader Adnan is a martyr. Now, count the number of such human beings that have existed in our lifetime, and it will become immediately apparent why Khader Adnan matters.

May Allah bless Khader Adnan and give us the courage to make his life and his sacrifice valuable and meaningful to those he will leave behind. Viva the resistance! Viva Khader Adnan!  Viva Palestine!
